Terms and Conditions

1.1. Purpose: The sole purpose of this program is to provide financial assistance to those in genuine need for serious medical needs or for the education of children in need.

1.2. Significance: This document establishes transparency, verification criteria, and financial procedures for all applicants participating in the program. By submitting the form, you agree to all these terms.

2.1. Assistance is not guaranteed; all requests will be at the discretion of VS New Life Foundation.

2.2. Please ensure that all required documents are clear and valid (photocopies or unclear scans are not acceptable).

2.3. Before submitting your application, please contact the hospital or educational institution to have them ready for verification.

2.4. The Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject an application at any time, without assigning any reason.

3.1. The applicant must fill in all requested information truthfully and accurately.

3.2. The applicant must upload the following mandatory documents:

• General Proof: Beneficiary's Identity Proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID).
• For Health: Current medical report and estimated bill signed by a doctor.
• For Education: Admission letter from the educational institution (school/college), current fee structure, and marksheet/progress report for the previous academic year.

3.3. The Foundation reserves the right to conduct telephonic verification (from the patient/hospital/student/educational institution) and/or physical verification (Field Verification) to confirm the authenticity of the application.

3.4. If tampering of documents or false information is detected at any stage, the application will be immediately rejected and legal action may be taken.

4.1. Funds collected by the Foundation will not be directly transferred to the applicant/beneficiary's personal account.

4.2. The assistance amount, if approved, will always be transferred directly to the treating hospital/medical supplier or educational institution (school/college).

4.3. VS New Life Foundation will not be responsible for any tax or legal liability that may arise after the applicant receives the assistance amount.

5.1. VS New Life Foundation is a registered NGO headquartered in Pilkhuwa, Hapur, UP.

5.2. Governing Body: The organization is governed by the following key trustees/members, ensuring high transparency:

• Abdul Kadir: President

5.3. Legal Status: Our organization is registered under AAKCV7821R25LK02 and all donations are tax-exempt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

6.1. By submitting the form, the applicant consents to the Foundation's use of the patient's medical report or student's academic record and personal information publicly (website, social media) for verification and fundraising.

6.2. Confidentiality: The Foundation will maintain complete confidentiality of applicant information, except when necessary for information verification, reporting to donors, or legal compliance.

7.1. No Guarantees: The Foundation does not guarantee funding within any specific timeframe or for any specific amount. The success of the fundraiser depends entirely on the willingness of donors and the availability of funding.

7.2. Non-Responsibility: The Foundation assumes no responsibility for the long-term outcome of treatment or education. Our support is limited to financial assistance only.

7.3. Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes related to this program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hapur (Uttar Pradesh).
